Education empowers all persons by providing the knowledge of our rights, and the tools and resources necessary to gain meaningful employment. It is the maximizing of one’s potential in order to best utilize one’s skills.  Everyone, regardless of type or severity of disability, is entitled to a free and appropriate education in the United States.
