Community Options, Inc. has been developing comprehensive residential and employment supports for people with disabilities for over twenty years. We are a pioneering nonprofit organization that provides housing, advocacy, support, and employment services for people with disabilities. Our philosophy is that all persons, regardless of their level of disability, can and should live and work in the community with dignity, choice, and self-determination. Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, Community Options provides employment services and appropriate housing to thousands of individuals with disabilities in nine states. It owns and operates Community Options Enterprises, Inc. (COE), a subsidiary of Community Options, focusing on job creation, placement and entrepreneurial business development for individuals with disabilities.

Community Options, Inc. develops residential and employment supports for people with severe disabilities, utilizing technology and training. As a national agency, Community Options has participated in institutional closure and community residential placement for thousands of people across several states. Community Options does not administer any large congregate of programs, recognizing that people with the most severe disabilities need environments, equipment, clinical, and staff support that are tailored to their very specific needs.
